They were so professional and gave us exactly what we wanted. Wish I had done this sooner but thrilled to have it now. We did both pergolas and solid patio cover with skylights and lights and fan. Loving my backyard now.

I want to start off by saying that Pacific Patio response right away. They will even reach out on the weekends. Their sales guy came to my home explained everything with no pressure at all. There was no awkward feeling. My home is older 1960’s home. My previous patio was a patched job that was at the end of life. They came out measured and took pictures. The owner came out the following day to double check all measurements (this is a standard practice they have). They explained that it would be 4-6 weeks before the job would start. It was much sooner (yahoo). It took a total of 4 days. They cleaned up each day they worked. Absolutely A+ work!
